As part of a successful integration into the Canadian healthcare workforce, Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) must learn about all areas of practice. An important part of that training includes learning about the non-clinical skills needed to support the evolving needs of Canadian patients.

The SPU Online Program- Fostering Canadian Integration for IEHPs: From Learning to Action offered through N4, helps IEHPs overcome the challenges of integrating into the Canadian healthcare system.

This comprehensive 12-week program will help you better understand Canada’s multiculturalism and culture by focusing on knowledge and skills and redefining your personal and professional identities as you adapt to Canada’s healthcare landscape. It will help you develop essential non-clinical skills and knowledge while forming a supportive learning community through personal development exercises and reflective practices.
